Encanto Riviera - Playa del Carmen

If you're looking for a great place in a prime location, look no further than this hotel. the hotel is conveniently situated near the bus station, making it easy to get around the city. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern fixtures and furnishings. the staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay pleasant. Although the wifi and TV signal can be a bit weak at times, the rooftop pool is a fantastic place to relax and unwind. All in all, this hotel could use a few upgrades, but it's still a wonderful place to stay.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is right next to the bus station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and surrounding areas. Additionally, the hotel offers basic amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen in the rooms, which was very handy. The pictures on the website accurately depicted the rooms, so there were no surprises when we arrived.

The room had a good AC system and the Wi-Fi worked well. , the location was fairly easy to get to and had a couple of grocery stores within walking distance.

The bathroom was small and there was not enough hot water for the entire shower. the bed was not very comfortable and the room was noisy at night, which interrupted our sleep.

The hotel is in a great central location, making it convenient to explore Playa. It's right next to the bus depot, which is perfect for transportation around the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a full kitchen which is a great feature. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location in the center of Playa was ideal, with easy access to the ADO bus depot for a comfortable journey to Cancun Airport. The basic amenities in the rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, and the full kitchen, while lacking an oven, was well-equipped. The breakfast served at the hotel was a great added bonus.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.
